About Me
Stacey Aggarwal, PhD, Full Bloom Nutrition

Meet Stacey
Hi, I’m Stacey — mom of two, nutritionist, clinical oncology analyst, and co-owner of a small lavender farm that reminds me daily how powerful simple, natural things can be.

Even before I became a mother, I struggled with my own health — from weight fluctuations and fatigue to hormonal imbalances that left me feeling out of sync in my own body. Over time, I realized that true wellness doesn’t come from restriction or quick fixes; it comes from looking inward, understanding what truly fuels us, and choosing foods and habits that bring that balance back.

Through my background in science, years of from-scratch cooking, and my passion for whole, real foods, I found a rhythm that helped me feel strong, steady, and more like myself again. Now, I aim to help others — especially parents — do the same. My work blends evidence-based holistic nutrition with everyday practicality, guiding you to feel nourished, confident, and at peace in your body, no matter what season of life you’re in.
My Background
Before becoming a nutritionist, I spent over a decade immersed in scientific research — earning my PhD in Pharmacology, working as a clinical oncology analyst and doing laboratory research. After completing my PhD, I embarked on a new venture that required an entirely different skillset and approach — my husband and I bought a 10-acre piece of land and started planting the first fields of what is now Blooming Fields Lavender Farm. Between the two of these experiences, I built up a unique appreciation for the intricate balance of biology and the simplicity of nature.

My approach combines my foundation in science with a love for whole food, from-scratch cooking — helping you create lasting changes that are both practical and deeply nourishing.

My Journey with Health, Food & Family
Health
After years of studying how the body works, I began to see how powerful everyday food choices could be in shaping our energy, hormones, and overall wellbeing. My curiosity for nutrition started at a doctor’s visit that I scheduled for irregularities in my hormones (turned out my thyroid was out of whack), when my doctor asked, “What does your diet look like? What do you eat in a day?” That simple question stopped me in my tracks — it was the first time I realized how little attention I paid to what I was fueling my body with. I knew many ways that mitochondrial signaling can impact cancer cells, but I put no thought into how my food impacts my body.

Over the following years, my kitchen became my laboratory — a place to test, experiment, and discover what “nourishment” really means. I began cooking more from scratch, focusing on whole, simple ingredients and finding ways to make them work in a busy life.

Since I started this journey, I was able to bring my hormones back into sync, normalize my thyroid, lose some stubborn weight, and successfully grow two beautiful, healthy babies with my own body (a miracle in itself!).

It took many years and lots of trial and error, but I’ve been able to build up an arsenal of go-to recipes that keep eating fun and nourishing for my whole family. Sometimes that is as simple as bread and eggs, or as complex as a slow-cooked traditional meal. Cooking in my kitchen is plant-forward and from-scratch, though that doesn’t always mean complicated.

Culture
My husband’s Indian heritage also plays a large role in how I cook and think about food. Living part of each year with my in-laws in India taught me the beauty of home-cooked, traditional, spice-rich meals — full of flavor, balance, and tradition. This also opened up my mind to the world of Ayurveda, an entirely different science than the Western medicine that I already knew.
Now, my food is a blend of both worlds: Indian-inspired staples and wholesome American favorites, always centered on real ingredients and mindful preparation.
Everyday life
At home on our lavender farm, I’m reminded daily of the connection between what we grow, what we eat, and how we feel. Food has become more than fuel — it’s how we are connected to the planet we live on.

Today, I share what I’ve learned with others who want to feel more balanced, confident, and energized through food that truly fits their lives. Whether it’s helping you stock your pantry, stay on track with your fitness goals, or simply rediscover joy in the kitchen, my goal is to make healthy living feel approachable and sustainable.
